The Capital Projects division oversees improvements to County buildings and infrastructure that cannot be performed by routine maintenance. The Engineering Division oversees road, bridge and other infrastructure projects in unincorporated areas of the County. Projects costing more than $25,000 are bid competitively in compliance with the California Public Contracts Code. Detailed bid packages for a given project can be purchased for a nominal fee (cash or check) at the Marin County Civic Center located at 3501 Civic Center Drive in San Rafael, California, Room 404.
